2008 EASTER ART SHOW & SALE ENTRY FORM
Friday, March 21 Opening Reception 5pm-7pm
Saturday, March 22 through Thursday, March 28 10am-5 pm
Friday, March 28 10am-3 pm
Rules for Entries:
• Each member is allowed 3 entries per medium. Each instructor may exhibit 3 pieces of art work in total.
• Items for the Browser Box are limited to 3, but can be replaced if sold.
• Entries are to have been produced during the 2007-2008 season.
• Paintings & photographs must be framed and wired for hanging.
• Stained glass must be wired for hanging or ready for table display.
• Pick-up after the show is 3pm Friday, March 28. All entries must be checked out by the chairman. If you cannot remove your entry, have someone else
pick it up.
• Mark each entry with the sale price or NFS (not for sale). 20% of each sale is donated to the Art League, so price accordingly.
• The Art League will safeguard your entries; however, you must “hold us harmless.”
• NO ENTRIES CAN BE ACCEPTED AFTER WEDNESDAY, MAR. 19 AT NOON.

ART ENTRIES WILL BE RECEIVED AT ART LEAGUE BETWEEN
10:00- 4:00 ON TUESDAY, MARCH 18 AND
9:00-12:00 ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19
Fill both sides of each Entry form below. Tape one to the back of your art work so that we can identify it. Turn in the other half in so that we can produce your
label.
